Deyson and Edward were amazing to work with - very experienced, friendly, on time and efficient. We tried several movers before them and had very bad experiences across the board. Deyson and Edward were the first amazing movers we had and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help!!

Juan & Miguel we’re on time, friendly, careful with my furniture, respectful, had a clean van, clean movers pads & bungee cords and knew how to do their job. Overall a very good Lugg experience. I tipped them in cash.

I was under the impression that the movers were just going to unload the couch I bought on the curb. Dennis and Romario brought it to the loading dock, unloaded it, and even brought it to the apartment. I was very happy with their effort. They were also super friendly the entire time. We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings.
