They were quick and clear and friendly. One thing I would suggest that the company do: make it clear, for junk removal, that the Luggers will pay the fee and then have it added to the customer's bill. I had assumed I'd have to drive to the dump as well so as to pay the fee! - Cara

It was our first time using Lugg so we were apprehensive about random people just hauling our stuff for us, but K & R were super friendly and honest about the process while being very efficient loading and unloading. Wasn’t able to track them after they left here but on tracking app it says “unloaded”. Fyi…I was told I couldn’t book the 3 steps in one booking (p/up, delivery/dump old bbq) that it had to be 2 separate bookings….1 to have p/up-delivery and 2 to p/up old and take to dump. Alex said why didn’t you just have the delivery guys take old one to dump? My question exactly!! - Carol
