The movers were amazing and friendly! They assisted with ensuring all of our documents were safe and well-kept in the moving process. When they got to the new offices, they assisted with arranging a few things so we can place the cabinets in certain areas. They were great!
Javier and Daniel were THE BEST. They helped move me from a high rise office building to my house seamlessly even though I wasn’t an organized as I hoped. They were kind, patient, professional, careful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m so grateful they helped me!
They went above and beyond to get my sofa couch into my office. They even helped take down my sliding door and reinstall it! 10 out of 10!! Thank you gentlemen
These two young men did an excellent job of moving all the furniture in my 3 office suite! They were very professional and polite. They took extra care to wrap things with blankets AND/OR plastic whenever indicated. They were very careful not to scrape walls or damage any of my items. They had difficult angles and door ways to maneuver the larger pieces through but they really worked together and did a great job.
This is my third time using Lugg and it continues to exceed expectations. We had an incredible experience with Rahul and Nicolas. They helped us move a heavy couch from an office building to our home, and went above and beyond by arriving early to figure out logistics with the freight elevator and parking. They were thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend and use them again.

They were so prompt…even a little early. We had a small job to move a shipment (several boxes) from crates to our stock room. They made the job look easy. In addition, they helped us move furniture into a newly painted office. Very professional and very polite. Luis & Kevin are wonderful examples of why we use Lugg for everything!! Thanks!

Julius and Shawn were careful and efficient. They picked up a heavy desk for me across town, and moved it up our stairs and into my home office no problem. No scratches or damage to the desk nor to the floors or walls, despite some narrow passageways. I highly recommend these guys.

This team was fabulous! Great communication and took extreme care with a desk we purchased today. They offered to tighten the legs, which we didn’t realize were loose. Then the ended up have to take them off to get into the elevator. They got it to our office and got the legs all back on. Went way above any expectations we could have had!! This was our second time using Lugg and both times, it has been an exceptional experience and fairly priced. Would give 10 stars if I could!
