This was my first time using Lugg and Theodore and Glenroy were the best movers. They were on time, friendly and careful transporting the pair of Louis XVI commodes I bought at auction. Doing anything in NYC now requires a COI and the staff in San Francisco produced a COI for me in less than 30 minutes. I look forward to using them again the next time I need a mover. - Richard

It’s very useful especially in coordinating with a different party for pickups and delivery. I use FB marketplace often and when I need delivery in a pinch I’m able to book quickly and with ease. My order had a billing error which charged for an extra hour of labor. Thankfully Delroy verified the technical issue and the support team was diligent in correcting it.
