I loved the alerts letting me aware of each process. My items were large & could not be accepted at my location. Edison & Juan drove around to find a dumpster. FYI, it would be nice if you let your future customers know if their items will be accepted. It would of been more cost effective for the customer. Also less confusion & frustration for Edison & Juan...Thank you for the great service otherwise!
Evrett& Lennox went above and beyond to assist with moving some items from an estate sale. They also donated two pieces to a local thrift shop with kindness and ease. We ran into some unexpected challenges when the old fridge wouldn't fit, but these luggers didn't give up! We teamed up to remove the door and were able to get it to fit. They moved our new fridge in without scuffing the walls or hurting the fridge. We also received chat support before the move. They did great too. Would use again! Thanks guys

I sent them a message about the pick up and drop off, they were able to complete the pick up without needing any help from us since we were not on site, they where able to get to our place quickly and moved everything right on in. They where going to start setting up the couch but we opted out just because it needed a good cleaning first Great movers, I would recommend, we have used movers (not lugg) before and had a different experience. Very happy with the movers!
