Hello. I am requesting that Alejandro return to disassemble the table and put it in the apartment unit. Unfortunately, it was not done due to miscommunication. How much will it cost for him or another worker to remove the legs to the table and reassemble it for the apartment?

Nice guys! Effortlessly but carefully moved my couch in. They prepared the surroundings with furniture pads in case it brushed up against the bushes and gate and carefully maneuvered up and around and into my living room. They helped me remove the covers and position the couch in a way that wouldn’t damage my floors so that was really great. All in all 100% satisfied and I would give him 10 stars if allowed!
Hector and Jonathan truly went above and beyond to get our couch moved in - they had to remove the legs on the couch and the front door due to the size of the couch and angle of the entrance! Can’t recommend them enough.

The new sofa is bigger than our entrance bedroom door. We were told that the entrance door has to be removed which they are not allowed to do. and they can't wait for the door to be taking down because they have to go to their next job. Long story short, the sofa is now sitting in our hallway and not where we wanted. They were apologetic about how they can't help and can't wait..
As a first-time customer of lugs I use Ramon and Christian not once but twice to remove certain stuff for my apartment to my parents place they were amazing I actually will only be using them for now on so if it's possible I would like to have them as my primary movers

Oscar and Jorge truly went above and beyond. The couch hardly fit into our apartment - we had to remove several doors to get it to fit. They stayed overtime to help us squeeze it in. All the while, they were so kind, compassionate, and patient.
Edgar is the man!!! We had to remove the legs of the couch to fit it in our apt and he was so patient and helpful and executed an otherwise difficult task efficiently and with a smile. Would definitely recommend!!!

They arrived early, made sure to move our fridge very carefully, even had to remove the door from our home in order for it to fit, and remove the door handles from the fridge, and then put everything back perfectly, and took special care and patience to get our fridge downstairs and onto their truck in our small garage. We are stunned by their work ethic and perseverance!!! Wow 🤩
