(At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend Lugg based on my experience with Roberto and Ricardo.

Very friendly movers! I haven’t seen the state of the furniture that they moved yet, but I can at least say that they didn’t cause any damage to the apartment while moving things out.

They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings.
