Picked up all my mower (riding mower, large dump wagon and equipment and then tarp covered it (raining), strapped it all down and drove a few hours to deliver it to me. He also help me unload the heavy stuff too. Considerate and professional. - Doug
Joy and Yandee were awesome. However Lugg platform really let us down this time. The platform cancelled on us when we requested help of 2 more luggers from Lugg. as a result Joy and Yandee sat idle for another initially, then missed the closing time the dumpster. pls still pay the Luggers for their time and great work. but no I’m NOT ok for me being charged $400+ to Lugg plus dumping the trash separately which is gonna be another $60. I’ll start a billing email thread with the team - Siyi

They worked very well together they offered to place the items anywhere. I wanted them to go rather than just dumping them at the front door, I couldn’t be happier with their service. We had a super heavy cold plunge to move from street level down a steep driveway and up several small flights of stairs. The guys took their time and we’re very careful per my request. They also were nice enough to offer to remove the pallet and all the cardboard and take that to the dump for us, which I really appreciated. I don’t know what I’d do without Lugg in my job! - Sarah
