Basically as soon as they arrived, our elevator went down, leaving only 5 flights of stairs to move things up or down. They were still super friendly and just got the job done. I was originally going to donate a sofa and chair to Value Village. They had the expertise to know VV doesn't take sofas, and Goodwill wouldn't either. So they found the nearest transfer station to dispose of the items, before they left we confirmed everything. They were very helpful. - William
