Very heavy piece. Did all I could booking online to inform. They swiftly removed drawers and managed delivery quickly. I might recommend a weight belt! Unfortunately, more helping bodies wouldn't have fit on the staircase!
This team was prompt and friendly! When the couch I needed moved was too wide for the doorframe, they patiently removed and replaced the legs for me.
Couldn't be happier with these guys. They arrived early with a larger van than i actually ordered, but that was very fortunate since the boxes actually filled it. They removed the front door in order to fit the oversized boxes into the house. They took great care not to damage either the boxes or the house. Very courteous and efficient. Great job.
I had to immediately remove my mother from a neglectful Memory Care facility. They stepped in and made my emergency move seamless, within hours. Kind and understanding. I was running entirely on adrenaline but I can relax now. THANK YOU!!
Dominque and Adrian were wonderful! My furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were professional and eager to assist me with situating my furniture exactly how I wanted it, as well as cleaning up discarded wrapping. They were timely and kept me informed about the status of my delivery. I would highly recommend them!
I did give $10 to the gentlemen for a tip yesterday. I will rate the experience high, but some feedback would be to use blankets as the leather couch was just put in the back of the truck and a strap was put across the side arm to hold it into the truck without any protection. It didn’t hurt it, but it could’ve caused some damage and I just would’ve preferred to see at least a blanket over it. 
they were great! picked up the new couch and brought it across houston for me. then took my old couch out to the garbage. 10/10 recommend these guys!!
These guys were so amazing. They made sure to inspect the item I bought prior to picking it up. They then called me and told me the item I purchased at home goods had a crack in it and asked if I was aware and if I still wanted it. I told them , no and was able to get a refund from the store. They then delivered the rest f my items and placed them in my home and made sure I liked them before they left. They truly went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. They were so kind and professional and delivered my items on time. Thanks so much, this was my first time using Lugg. I’ll be using Lugg again and hope to get this team again when I do.
I was expecting to have carry to package up my stairs by my self because I just moved here and I have one and guys that helped me told me they were going to carry it for me which was very helpless and I appreciated a lot

The movers or Luggers were great! Lugg’s logistics, not so much. Apparently, Lugg didn’t contact the moving team until hours after I scheduled to have the item picked up from my sellers storage unit. The sellers were waiting for over 4 hours because Lugg failed with the logistics and communication. Again, great movers!!! They handled the item with care and helped assemble and position the deck furniture on our backyard patio. They should leave Lugg and start their own business.
