Mahdi and Mateen went above and beyond to help us fit an impossibly large cabinet through an awkward Tetris-like space. They tried everything, even attempting to remove the legs of the dresser! In the end it wouldn’t fit, but not for lack of trying every possible way! They were gracious enough to help us get the piece to an alternate drop off location. They had great customer service and moving experience. I would definitely recommend them!!!
What a great experience! Michael and Rod were very courteous and moved the heavy cabinet into my basement without any issues. They made sure I was happy with the placement and removed all of the coverings. A professional team! That is very hard to come by in Northern VA. Thank you!
Ray fixed a table leg that had come loose. They moved furniture up and down stairs. They took furniture to Habitat, and when Habitat didn't take all the furniture, they took the rest to another charity and then, finally, a few things to the dump. I don't know what I would have done without them. They were eager to solve my problems, funny, good natured, and expert.
They were so friendly and quick! They helped me unbox the couch and put it in place and took all the cardboard to the dumpster. Very prompt and professional. Took great care of the item. I would call upon them again and again!
I had signed up to have my materials brought to a dump. When the dump was unexpectedly closed, Darwin found an alternate location and was able to complete the trip, truly saving the day.
Curtis and Nile were friendly, careful with my furniture, and worked fast. I cannot say enough positive things about both gentlemen. I have used movers in the past that just throw your furniture around, etc. Curtis and Nile were very careful, asked where we wanted our stuff, and moved very efficiently. I'll definitely use Lugg again!
Jerome and Jahlil were really good movers under difficult circumstances. The pieces to be moved were in a house that was being refurbished, and boxes and furniture made maneuvering tricky and problem solving necessary. They patiently made their way through and got the things loaded. At delivery all went smoothly and my daughter was very pleased with their work. I’ll definitely use LUGG again and have already told a couple of friends about this service!
Jerome and Michael made the experience of removing old furniture actually enjoyable, which I would have said before was impossible. They were exceptionally careful, pleasant, professional, and calm, which I appreciated since I was stressed about my home renovation and everything going on. They were communicative, punctual, and professional. The dresser they hauled was large and solid wood, likely weighing over 200 lbs. They quickly got it up the narrow and steep stairs of my old house, taking great care not to damage anything. They reached out to me every step of the way to ensure I knew what was going on!

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael and William. It literally snowed the day before my move, it was the coldest day in the past year, and yet they still showed up right on time and were the bright spot in my day (and moving is really never fun). They rolled with the punches when cars were illegally parked in the moving van spot, and DC parking enforcement was too understaffed to send a tow truck. I truly couldn’t have done this without them. You’re lucky to have them. Hands down the best movers I’ve ever had.

They arrived early at the PU spot and were ready to go. We had an easy load in. They met me at my house within minutes of my arrival and we had a quick load out. I had ordered only a truck + 1 Lugger so was surprised to see 2 Luggers and a van. I told Efosa about the mix up and he fixed it easily - no extra charge. Plus they were just nice people and a pleasure to meet.
Seamless operation from beginning to end. As a guy who appreciates devising a plan that is executed to perfection, Kemar and Terrance were exceptional in their performance. I researched an IKEA purchase, and got my family moving early on Sunday morning to put eyes on my final selection. Although IKEA's website said delivery was not available in our area (NW DC), they told me about Lugg after the purchase. I scheduled a mid-afternoon, same-day delivery. I went home, cleared the space to accept the delivery, and took the family to brunch. While receiving real-time updates and needing to complete a few other errands, I sent the family home to meet Kemar & Terrance and continued with our other "missions." Kemar & Terrence arrived promptly at the opening of the scheduled delivery window, unloaded our purchases efficiently and carefully, and were on their way. Their professionalism during the delivery was particularly noteworthy. Coming from my Wife, this is extremely high praise as she does not issue it lightly. I recommend these guys without any hesitation. Nicely Done Gentlemen!

Evans' was so patient and cordial. My furniture was very heavy for a one man move, and to make it worse the architectural work of my stairs makes it very difficult to transport things up. Evans seems to have all the patience in the world as we tried and failed too many times before we managed to get the furniture up. Thank you so much Evans, God bless you in multiple folds🙏.
First experience using Lugg to move a white sofa I bought on FB marketplace. Very impressed with sophistication of these movers! They wrapped the couch in plastic, sealed up the cushions in clean containers and had two dollies. I think we tend to underestimate weight/size of items we want to move but im so glad I opted for the van vs truck and 2 guys versus opting to be the helper for a discount. It did add about 40% to the cost of my couch but still a deal.
Olukayode & Saulo did a great job moving a large heavy sectional sofa through a tiny doorway and helping us rearrange our room with the new sofa in it. I would certainly hire them again.
