We ordered two couches from Macy’s but it was the reclining type and the weight of the sofa made it very hard to handle. On top of that the couch did not fit our front door. But through the whole ordeal these guys were very patient and tried various ways and finally even remove the legs of the couch to get it in the house for us. He carried the two new patio chairs into my side yard, removed packing and took the debris with him. All I had to do was sit down and enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend Lugg. Because I was unaware of how the company worked, I set up the drop off location to someone's residence instead of a dump site like I planned on. Jesus and Darnell were very sweet in helping me work through my mistake. We found a dump site and they were able to make it there in time before the dump closed to finish the project.
