Best movers ever!!! They went out of there way to help us get way more than we intended them to. They worked with Lugg to make sure we could book them again for another trip. They broke down and put back together our bed frame and bagged up our mattress. They were amazing!!!!

Volodymyr and Michael were the best! They were very efficient and were exactly in the time frame that I had requested. They were very efficient, nice and professional. They helped me move my old mattress into my garage then put my new mattress exactly where I wanted in my room. They even helped me straighten out my bed skirt! I give them 5 stars and would definitely use Lugg again with guys like this working for their company! Highly recommended!
Sofa was delivered on Time at 4:25 pm. My scheduled delivery time was between the hours of 4 to 5pm. Both Rodrigo and Darnell were very careful bring the new sofa into the house, and first transfering the existing sofa into the living room. They couldn't get the sofa box through the front door and had to remove the box first. They were both very careful with the removal of the box so not to damage the sofa. Also very careful not to scratch or damage my walls, while carefully bringing the sofa into the family room and setting it up. Afterwards they clean up after themselves before they left. I will use your delivery service in the future and will let others in the neighborhood, that Lugg is a reputable and dependable delivery service. Great Service , Friendly and Helpful delivery...!
