This is an abject failure of customer support. Jahlil and I talked to one another on the phone and got him to my house. During what must have been a very frustrating experience, Jahlil was calm, patient, and courteous. He delivered my goods. I would happily hire Jahlil again. I cannot say the same for Lugg.
