Well worth the money. Friendly, quick, and strong. I probably would’ve died trying to get the couch down the stairs from my 3rd floor apartment but they did it with such ease. Definitely will utilize this service again!

Edy and Eduard were efficient and courteous. They went out of their way to move existing furniture and other items to accomodate the new furniture in our new apartment. They also provided some much appreciated safety advice about how to setup a worktable that we had them move for us.
My apartment was on level two and they were able to safely transport the sofa with a lot of maneuvering as well

Greg and Erik were quick and careful with our move. I needed a sofa bed moved to my new apartment and they were kind enough to also include my new TV console. Their teamwork was awesome and they were so friendly and made the whole moving process great when it could’ve been stressful. We definitely recommend Lugg and this team for future movers. 
I can’t recommend Kevroy and Daquan enough. They were on time, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout my move. They handled a very heavy adjustable bed frame, a large bookcase, a full-size mattress, a 60-inch TV console, and a four-drawer dresser with real care and skill, and they navigated two walk-up apartments with no elevators and narrow hallways like pros. They stayed upbeat and friendly even with the difficulty of the job, and they made a stressful move feel much more manageable. I’m really appreciative of their help and would absolutely hire them again!!
The pickup address, 2140 Santa Cruz Ave., Menlo Park, CA was insufficient, because it includes 5 large apartment buildings on a loop road. So it took awhile for us to find each other. The messages to my cell phone said that David arrived at the pickup address at 2:58 and reached the destination (without use of the truck, because the destination was outside at the same address), at 3:37, for a total time of 39 minutes. The predicted price without the $15 tip was $29.41 + $0.95per minute * 39 minutes = 66.46, to be compared with the $77.01 before adding the tip. Please explain the difference (my email is yellin@slac.stanford.edu). I think your booking site should have an option to add a booking comment, such as additional details on how to find the pickup or destination locations.
Great movers. Efficient, thoughtful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took a minute to plan the path into the apartment before bringing anything in, which made everything feel really smooth. One small note is the bungee cord used to secure the bed mechanism left a dirt mark on the white couch. I was able to get it out with soap and water, but something a bit cleaner or padded might help for lighter fabrics. Overall really good experience and I’d definitely use them again.

The performed a 3 bedroom apartment move for me (including stairs!) in a little under 3 hours. Remarkable. They were so kind and SO quick, while taking extra care of everything and making sure that everything I wanted moved was exactly as I wanted it. I would use them again for anything without question.

They handled my belongings with care, asked me when I wanted to have my furniture wrapped in plastic or blankets, and worked for 5 hours without one complaint. It was a hot day too!! I ordered the LUGG Box (16ft truck) and that did the trick for my 675 sq ft apartment. I had a lot of stuff and they managed to move me into my new spot with zero challenges. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. Couldn’t have done this move without them. Thank you William and Henry. 11/10!!
