Very patient crew. Somehow the app had the wrong pickup address and then the second attempt was wrong as well. But they were still patient with me. They did a great job making sure everything was secure as well.

Paki even went above and beyond helping me find a different place to donate as the Good Will where I was scheduled to donate didn't exempt sofas that day . I would definitely use them again as the app is easy to use and you can get things lugged the same day very reasonably priced.

these guys help turn a negative situation into a positive situation. They got the mattress from the warehouse despite the delays they gave me constant updates. They arrived not only timely but quickly and then when they got here, I advised we had to go out five flights and they said no problem and then even took down the recycling five flights back down I can't explain how well these guys performed. Give them the credit that they deserve. I really appreciate this again. this is the number one highlight of my day to get this delivered so effectively.
