What if my item is too heavy to move or cannot be moved in or out?

Lugg is always willing to work towards making your move happen! If for any reason it is determined that your Lugg cannot be completed safely, your Luggers will work with their dispatch team to determine the best options for your Lugg. Please keep in mind, that the customer is responsible for making sure they measure their items and locations, to make sure a move is possible.

IMPORTANT: There is a weight limit in place of 100 pounds per Lugger. This is for the safety of your items, location and the Luggers.
