You are charged for the Luggers' time at your pickup and drop-off locations. Customer’s have the option to help their Luggers if the items are too large or if they would just like to help the process go faster. You helping the Luggers will ease the burden of having to book a second Lugg to assist, but outside of that, there is no savings for helping.

William was outstanding. There was an issue getting the table into the apartment and he worked hard to find a solution. Yaleman was inexperienced and frankly not interested in finding a solution. We needed tools and he finally said he had some. He was not super helpful. I gave the 5 stars because in the end the job was done well and William went the extra mile.
Went out of their way to accommodate the space, ensuring no task was left undone. Friendly, fast, efficient - five stars!
