We maintain strict standards and if they don't pass, they don't move with us.
Luggers must also pass annual checks
We don't stop after the initial check. We conduct annual driving and criminal history checks to ensure our Luggers consistently meet our standards.

Real-time ratings and feedback are built into the Lugg platform. All Luggers must maintain a high average rating. Repeated poor feedback and low ratings signal poor performance, which leads to deactivation to keep the community safe.
