Best furniture delivery I’ve had. They were both friendly, handle my boxes with care and were quick.

Both men were very kind respectful careful and efficient. Arrived early placed all pieces where I wanted them removed plastic covers from the cushions. No damage to either my home or the furniture delivered. I am so glad Home Goods recommended Lugg I will certainly call again if I’m in need of help. Thank you!!!

They excelled on promptness, professionalism, and on collaboration. Christian offered suggestions to make better use of the space and the supply needed to best move the office furniture. They were swift and completed the move faster than I expected. Both were also flexible with my requests as I had to changes from my original plan.

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

Efficient, packed my furniture to protect it, moved it exactly where I asked. They were polite, helpful and asked if I needed anything else.

Both David and Lucas were superb and place the carpet exactly where we wanted. Also helped move some furniture. Excellent work! But your website is not user friendly when booking. After entering card info and selecting time, it comes back and asks us to enter ALL the information again if that time a lot is not available. Also it rejected 3 of my cards, even though they are in good standing.

Sergio and Lucas too such great care moving a very fragile antique piece of furniture. They took their time reattaching the glass door until it fit perfectly.

David and Scott were awesome, they we're right on time, handled an incredibly heavy piece of furniture with ease and care, got it right where it needed to be and we're both very nice and helpful. Another great experience from Lugg! Note, I'm checking "no tip," because I tipped in cash, they certainly deserved a tip!

Very friendly, competent and good at figuring out how to get large furniture into tight spaces. I highly recommend them!

These guys were great. Not one scuff scratch or mark on the furniture and we have a very narrow staircase leading to our apartment, plus our entryway isn’t made to help you get anything inside. But they did it and made it look too easy.

Quickly and efficient! Also very careful about doorways and walls, and considerate about where we wanted the furniture placed and oriented. Thank you!

Wow, I’m so happy I found this service! I was able to get my sofa delivered in just a few hours. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I 10/10 recommend!

Mark & Keith were great. They moved a large sofa down a narrow hallway, down a set of stairs at my condo and into the garage. It was a tight space, but they did a great job. They also moved a couple of pieces of furniture out of the way and then put them back in place.

These guys did an amazing job. Were able to pack everything I needed and safely transport it to the new house. Were very kind to place all of the furniture I needed in its correct spot, including bringing things up a narrow staircase. Truly 10/10 job

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

10/10 service, we were worried that our furniture was too big and wouldent fit into our space, but they made it work:)

Hi Lugg Team- shout-out to John and Brad! The furniture store did not disassemble the dining table we ordered (even though we requested them to do so) so this move was tough as the table was super heavy. John and Brad still powered through and helped us maneuver the table into our storage unit. Cheers Ps. (We gave them a cash tip when they left, so i will leave that field blank here in the app)

I had been looking online to purchase Another Couch for my place. I own a car, so its been difficult finding one that would deliver. Came across the perfect Loveseat WITH DELIVERY!! Art & Peter saved the day, AND with a great price within my budget. Very professional and quick! Carried it upstairs like Hercules! Definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a very smooth experience! The movers were very nice and worked quickly but carefully making sure none of my furniture got damaged. It was a very stress free service!

Rommel went above and beyond helping move our furniture! He was prompt, efficient, and so pleasant to talk to. He came prepared with blankets and straps and when we requested his help he was on the road immediately. Highly highly recommend for all of your moving needs.

Polite, courteous, very careful during move. The guys took extra care to avoid bumping any walls or furniture. This is hard to do and much appreciated.

These guys hustled and worked super hard and fast took care of all our furniture but were always working FAST
