The guys were great. Polite, friendly and efficient. Now, I would give Lugg a rating of 1 star for the shit show that happened. Let me explain. I had a load that needed to be partially dropped at one location, and one item to be dropped to another. I contacted Lugg and was told that it was not possible to do that. I would have to book another pickup and two movers again. Ok. Kris (I believe) to me to tell the movers that I had booked them for another drop off after the first one. They didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. Anyway, they load the pickup and they follow me to the first drop off. We arrive there and I see a huge truck with two guys in it. WTF? Right? I never ordered another truck and movers. They were waiting in the truck while the Lugg timer was ticking away . . . So, basically, I was paying two guys to sit in a truck that I never ordered. Please, respond shortly. BTW, all the movers for this frustrating operation were tipped generously in cash.

I want these two movers all the time because my mover,his truck needs repairing. If Omar and his helper aren't available. I will wait until they are. Thank you so much!😊

The two movers were AMAZING! I didn’t have to lift a finger and they were very careful with both the furniture they were moving and with not hitting walls/doors of my apartment building and apartment. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

This is SO long overdue, I’m so sorry! I just logged back into the app as we have another move coming up and I saw I didn’t tip on our 2020 move 🙈 I hope this gets to the two movers we had that day helping us.

Super friendly and helpful. I should’ve booked two movers as I wasn’t aware that the dresser drawers are not easily removable and the item is 270 pounds. Will book two movers to get the dresser upstairs.

The two movers I had where great. I was so happy with their service I will differently use Lugg again. They arrive on time and delivered very promptly. Great Service!!

The two were amazing and very friendly would recommend them any day. The only downside today was that Van was not the xl we had ordered which if we had to move all today would have been an issue and customers should be informed in advance if a smaller van than ordered to arrange things differently. However the two movers were amazing and more than made up for it!

They were calm, polite and attentive as I went over the moving instructions with them. They then packed up their truck and made the move in very timely manner which I really appreciated. I would happily use these two movers anytime again. Thank you.

Lugg is excellent. The two movers, Rafael and Guadalupe, were totally on time, very strong, delivered item in great shape and very quickly. I couldn't be happier.

My experience with Lugg is always great but I particularly loved these two movers! They were efficient, fun to chat with, and very accommodating. They even helped me with a few tasks I couldn’t do on my own (like get my curtains down to put into the move since I couldn’t reach!). They handled my heavier items and annoying storage unit system with no complaints and they couldn’t have been more pleasant.

We hired two movers with a van; however, all of our items could not fit into the van on one trip. Stanley and Tahmari checked with their Lugg supervisor to check if they could move one extra load of items for us. They got the okay! Yes, we paid extra, which was to be expected, but their help in going the extra mile--literally--saved us, time, money, and even greater expense had they not offered the additional trip. Stanley and Tahmari are awesome--friendly, professional, and helpful! They rock--and so does Lugg!! I have another pending move of a couple items to my daughter's home from mine. Can I specifically request Stanley and Tahmari? Would love to have them help me again! Thank you!!! (Tipped each of them, personally, at end of move.)

Adam was phenomenal because I could tell he wanted to move fast. He was conscientious that we were on the clock and it showed in his demeanor. I appreciate him as one of the two movers and wish they didn’t have to split the tip as the other mover was a bit more inefficient
