Professional, efficient, and a total breath of fresh air Antrone and Askari exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail really set them apart—and let’s be real, that’s not something you find every day. I genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. And super Duper happy! They were very communicative, they shared photos of the damage before they touched anything on the piano. They were super friendly and super careful bringing it in making sure that my home and that the piano wasn’t damaged. Five out of five would definitely use them again

Sadiki and Carlos were absolute pros! 🚛🔥 They handled my move with efficiency, skill, and a great attitude from start to finish. Everything was packed and transported with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. These guys did an awesome job despite the person who scheduled them incorrectly. We were to have 1 bed picked up from my home and dropped off to a destination. Then a bed picked up from destination and returned to my home. They were not scheduled for a bed to be returned to my home. I stated what I wanted with the person scheduling and they failed with the request. Not the problem on the movers behalf, but the person who scheduled them failed to inform me that it was a problem or it couldn't be done. Sad because anytime we hire them, the movers are doing as they are instructed. With no direct communication from the office to straighten it out.

So friendly and efficient , I was shaking because I thought I couldn't get my paid for couch home. But these 2 were great!!

Moving isn't a fever anymore. I've used Lugg 2 times, and each time it was 5*. I don't have to watch them, they managed to to everything perfectly by themselves. Thanks.

Tyler and Rocco got to the location super fast and packaged our table seamlessly. Then they carefully dropped it off in our home within just a few minutes. They were a great team and were very courteous. I recommend them!

Best mover experience ever! Ted & Joey were very efficient, helpful, friendly & professional! They moved a heavy large lateral file cabinet from an office store to my home. They were very patient as I attached felt pads to prevent scratching my refinished hardwood floors. I fully trusted their expertise. Well worth the money!!

Steven & Steven are an excellent father-son team! They knew exactly what to do in moving a washer-dryer set to my new home, were super friendly, and were very patient as I struggled with technological difficulties on my phone. Would definitely book again!

They were great! I was so surprised how fast they were able to get two couches up my stairs and maneuver them into my home as quickly as they did! Amazing job!!

Steven & Steven were the best! They were on time and ready to help me move into my new place. They did a great job getting all my things from a Uhaul into my building, up an elevator, down a long hall and into my home. They even brought the dual purpose dolly I’d requested. Many, many back and forths all done well. Taking extra care with a few things I was nervous about. It was that thoughtful, friendly, professional attitude that has me giving them 5 stars :)

Jawan was great! We did have a problem with Lugg though…our delivery was supposed to be between 2-3pm and our items did not get delivered until 8pm. On the app, there were 3 different driving teams and when we called the first one around 3pm, the driver claimed to be on their way to IKEA for pickup and then our home. We had to cancel plans because we were relying on the delivery from Lugg. A refund would be appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience with Lugg movers! The team was incredibly careful and professional while delivering a heavy marble top coffee table to our home. They ensured it was safely brought into our family room and placed exactly where we wanted it. Their attention to detail and care for the table was impressive. Highly recommend their service!

Team arrived exactly on time for my pickup. And beat me to my destination! Edgar & Marcelo were strong and capable. I’d had fears how the move would go, since my furniture had so much glass and mirror work. But they knew exactly how to handle and pack everything. The move took less time than I’d expected. And my new furniture looks great in my home now!! Thank you!!
