We had to reschedule due to heavy items and Eileen and Denis communicated with us, were helpful and then returned promptly later in the day to complete the job. They brought in and set up three very heavy items from Costco. Many thanks!!

Jonas and Petr‘s are great! They moved some very heavy and also some very delicate items. Everything was done with extreme care. Not one thing got scratched. They knew exactly what to do. It was not an easy move. They had to move things from a condo with narrow hallways and small elevators into a house that was under construction. Even though they had to move things through scaffolding and up and down a spiral staircase, they did it perfectly, all with great energy. Professional. Polite. Just a great experience!

Very pleasant. They were extremely quick and kept me updated prior to arrival. It took them less then 10 minutes to unload. I will definitely recommend using them again.

I wasn’t able be there in-person tonight to assist with my lugg but they were able to take care of it without me and all still sent smoothly! Appreciate the help!

Jahi and Jonas brought my recliner up a very tight stairwell with ease! They went above and beyond with telling me about their junk removal service and even offering to help me move a piece of furniture I had on the porch. I had a great first experience using Lugg!
