I had not made it back to my apartment in time to let the movers in, but they worked with the leasing office to get my couch dropped off. They also communicated with me the entire time

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.

Murilo did an amazing job moving a tree for me. He made sure it got to my office in one piece, and he made sure to watch out for me as well at the pickup spot (Facebook marketplace purchase). I really appreciate his help!

Zhijia and Sebastian were awesome! Sadly, there was a bit of a delay (not their fault at all— blaming Bay Bridge traffic) but once they arrived, they loaded their box truck quickly and efficiently. They met us at our apartment in Oakland and quickly got to work. There were a few bumps with our leasing office and we had to switch the load area but Zhijia and Sebastian were accommodating and totally understood the last minute request by our leasing office. I would definitely recommend them again and hopefully, for my next move, I get the chance of working with them. Long story short: with Zhijia and Sebastian, you’re in great hands!

Darbin was kind and calm delivering these chairs in a busy neighborhood. He went above and beyond to get these chairs to our office.

They moved a big piece of furniture from my home to my new office .Then moved my old office stuff to the new office at same address . They were great; very respectful, as I am a therapist, and we all had to be quiet at the new locale as sessions were ongoing .

They waited half hour for us as we were stuck in stand still traffic getting to the office. Wonderful!

My entire experience on this office move with Lugg on July 26, 2023, and setting it up including scheduling, was, as it was when I used Lugg a couple of years ago to move into my then-current office from which I moved yesterday to a new office, absolutely 10 stars out of 10, truly exceptional and absolutely worth the money. The communication by various key members by email with me as to setting it up, and in order to have to change it at the last minute, and the two gentlemen, Juliano and Santiago, who did my move on July 26, were great guys to work with, very professional and focused and efficient, and they got my furniture out of my then-current office and into my new office in what I consider to be record time, very smoothly and, again, professionally. It was the most pleasant move I can think of other than the office move I did before with Lugg several years ago which was equally excellent. The entire Lugg online system, and professionalism of these gentlemen, and the extremely reasonable price, are the reasons for my most enthusiastic recommendation the use Lugg for any move. It is a great system in every way, and the way that Lugg has come to, in my view, totally reinvent and productively change the moving industry is commendable and really cool to boot!

Daniel and Arman were simply amazing at helping move the items from my two storage units back to my office. They worked very quickly, efficiently and clearly knew what they were doing! Erik and Miguel were great but there was a lot of confusion and time wasted with the app/rules. I scheduled a pick up and drop off then in the notes another pick up from the drop off location to my office. So pick up 2 tables, drop off at my house, grab other table and take to 3rd location (my office). We loaded the car and I headed to the office to meet them. They said I had to come back and reschedule a Lugg. I had to drive back to my house, unload the table and then it was them who took it anyway- we re-loaded table and then delivered. I couldn’t reschedule until they ended the first Lugg. It was costly confusing and a waste of their time and mine.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

Amazing experience! The movers were so helpful, and made a stressful move worry free.

They were diligent and looked at multiple solutions to move a very large desk, heavy, into a small office. They succeeded. Also, they were very friendly and polite.

They were very quick! However, Lugg should have better communication with the customer. I thought I had to be at the pick up location when they arrived. I left my office and drove 20 minutes to the pick-up location only to find that the pick-up had already happened because Mardo and Eliezer got there early and I didn't even have to be there. I would have stayed in the office and worked on other things if I had known. Thanks!

Profesional, pleasant, fast. Amazing movers!!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

They were so efficient with time and space! I had a big job with lots of office furniture and they made sure all the items were properly protected and made it to the destination in perfect shape. 10/10, would absolutely hire again!

Great service! They went beyond our expectations. We gave them a challenge (lugging a large office table through narrow spaces) and they exceeded our expectations. They told us each step before they did it and they maneuvered with extreme caution.

Best moving experience of my life and I’ve never used a service before! Both were incredibly kind and patient and went the extra mile having to remove the door at the offices the very large and extremely heavy armoire was removed from. Thankfully, it was much easier to get it into our home relatively speaking. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Bravo Miguel and Ezequiel!
