They were great, super helpful and somewhat concerned that I wasn’t asking them to donate more. This was my time using Lugg a unfortunately the first to luggers were really unhelpful and left without carrying my bed frame to the second floor after delivery. They were a couple of hours late, but did make the delivery in good time. Delivery was quick and smooth.
Dwight and Ryan were incredibly communicative from the start. They took initiative by disassembling some of furniture that had an awkward fit in the van to keep the delivery on schedule. They were both polite and professional. I would definitely book them again.
