The expected time was 5-6. I am well aware of Friday traffic. They delivered my chair in less than 5 minutes. In and out. Why is the price different than what I was quoted at the store??
When I got to home goods, they had given my couch to the wrong person. The person brought my couch back and the Lugg movers were very patient, understanding and polite. They also helped my husband tighten the legs on the couch which the store manager tried to do but were unsuccessful. I really appreciate them. They did their job well. Thank you thank you! I’ll hire them again and tell my friends about them.
Alfred and Nigel are the best! When they picked up my furniture from the store they noticed that two pieces were damaged and proactively called me, I was able to get a refund from the store on the spot! They delivered the rest of my pieces and did an amazing job. Excellent customer service and just very nice guys.

They met me at a store in Buckhead where I had purchased 2 medium-sized barrel swivel chairs, loaded them quickly & securely into their van, and unboxed & arranged them in my space. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lugg or Kasseem & Victor again!

The lugger, Brian, was extremely kind, patient, and easy to work with. The only thing would have made this delivery easier would have been having a phone number to communicate with the driver.

The gentleman who delivered my item were top tier professionals. Lugg will be my new go-to company for deliveries. I tried to rate the service 5 star but there seems to be a glitch in the system with the star ratings. They definitely were 5 star.
