You are able to go into your account via the Lugg app or Lugg website, click on your profile picture, go to "My Luggs", select the Lugg you want to do this for and you will see the option to tip and review. If you run into any issues doing this, please email support@lugg.com, confirming the phone number linked to your Lugg, the Lugg in question, the amount you want to tip, and the review you want left.
