My payment was declined, how can I update my payment information?
In our mobile app:
Once you are logged in, click on the "profile picture" in the upper left corner. From there, select "Payment" and then "Add a card". Once you input all the requested information, click "Save" at the top.
On our website:
If you are on the website, click on the "profile picture" in the upper right corner. Then select "Payment Info" and "Add a new card". After adding the card information, click “Add Card” at the bottom.
Please email support@lugg.com to let us know that you have made the update and we can confirm that your payment has been processed! If you run into any issues getting this information updated, please reach out via email and the Support team can look into this further for you.
