What if my items or location get damaged?
Great question! While we have great Luggers on the platform that will move your items with care, but accidents happen. Lugg is here to make things right! If something does happen, please email support@lugg.com with photos of the damaged item or area and the team will help you get a damage claim started. Make sure you do not throw anything out until the damage claim is resolved!
