How do I schedule my Lugg?
You can schedule your Lugg through the Lugg app or website via lugg.com/book. Simply enter your pick-up location and destination, choose the vehicle to fit your needs, set a time that works best for you, and tell us what you’re moving. Make sure that you complete the whole process up until you receive a text message confirmation letting you know that your Lugg is scheduled.
The 4-digit code you receive via text when scheduling online is to verify your phone number. Please enter this on our website next to the phone number field. This 4-digit code is not your booking confirmation.
IMPORTANT: If you're having an item delivered from a store, please upload a photo of your full receipt or be ready to text it to your crew once they are en route.
