Canceling your Lugg

In our mobile app

To cancel your Lugg, you must log into your account via the Lugg app. In the Lugg app, you will click View/Edit on the Lugg you wish to cancel and scroll down until you see the Cancel Lugg option, please select this to cancel your Lugg.

On our website

To cancel your Lugg, you must log into your account via the Lugg website. On our website please select My Luggs from the menu drop-down in the top right-hand corner. Once you click on the Lugg you wish to cancel you’ll then see the option to cancel your Lugg in the top right-hand corner.

Will I be charged a fee for canceling?

No! We won’t charge you for canceling your Lugg. Although we do ask that you cancel your Lugg before your Lugg crew is dispatched to your pickup location.
