How do I make changes to my Lugg?

You can edit your Lugg in the Lugg app or on www.lugg.com. You're able to update any part of your booking that needs changes before the crew has been dispatched to your pick-up location.

Editing your Lugg via our mobile app

To edit your Lugg, you will need to log into your account via the Lugg app. In the Lugg app, click on the profile icon in the top left corner of the screen, then select My Luggs, then click View/Edit on the Lugg you wish to edit. Please then click on the part of your Lugg you wish to edit. Your updates will be saved immediately!

Editing your Lugg via our website

To edit your Lugg, you will need to log into your account via the Lugg website. On our website please select My Luggs from the menu drop-down in the top right-hand corner. Once you click into the Lugg you wish to edit, please click on the Edit button in the top right corner. You’re then able to make the necessary changes you wish to edit. Once you’ve finished editing your Lugg, please press Update in the top right corner.
