If I help the Luggers, do I get a discount?

You are charged for the Luggers' time at your pickup and drop-off locations. Customer’s have the option to help their Luggers if the items are too large or if they would just like to help the process go faster. You helping the Luggers will ease the burden of having to book a second Lugg to assist, but outside of that, there is no savings for helping.
