Why is there an additional dump fee?

When disposing of items, your local recycle center may charge an additional fee based on the total weight of your items. This fee is separate from your Lugg total and varies depending on the amount of waste being disposed of.

How much is the dump fee?

Dump fees typically range from $30 to $200+ and are determined by the weight and size of your items. In addition, a 10% service fee will be applied to the total dump fee and charged at the same time.

When is the fee charged?

This fee will be processed separately from your Lugg total and will be charged to your card within 48 hours after your Lugg is completed.

Where can I see the final charge?

You’ll receive a receipt reflecting the additional dump fee once it has been applied to your payment method.
