What if I book a store delivery and I am not home when the Lugger arrives?

If your Lugg arrives at your drop-off, within the scheduled drop-off window and you do not have someone at the location to accept your items, the items will be returned to the store. You will be charged for the attempted delivery and for the return to the store.

IMPORTANT: If you would like your items left unattended on your porch, you will need to leave those instructions in the details of your Lugg or communicate that to the Luggers via text or phone call.
