How do I know my scheduled Lugg is on the way?

As soon as you book you’ll receive a text message confirmation with the details of your Lugg. We’ll then send you another text message on the day of your move as a reminder.

Once your crew is en route to the pickup location, you'll receive a text message with their ETA. At this time, you can track their location and communicate with them directly on the Lugg app.
