Does Lugg offer packing or unpacking services?

No — Lugg does not offer packing, unpacking, or organizing services. Customers are responsible for having their items boxed up and ready to go before their crew arrives.

However, your Lugg movers will wrap and protect all furniture and large items with moving blankets, stretch wrap, and other protective materials during transit. Your crew also handles basic disassembly and reassembly using standard tools — like taking apart bed frames or removing table legs. If your furniture requires specialty tools for disassembly, just have those available for your crew when they arrive.

When most movers probably would have thrown in the towel, these guys persevered and got the job done! Their task was to pick up a very bulky couch from my parents’ house and deliver it to my son’s apartment. And when I say the passageway into his apartment was narrow… I mean NARROW! 😂 They never gave up. They carefully disassembled the couch, somehow maneuvered it through the tight space, and then reassembled it once they got it inside. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. They were hardworking, determined, careful, and incredibly professional. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to do the job right. 5-star service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers. Angel and Julian are the best! They were able to make it here quickly and get to work right away. They were extremely professional and do an amazing job. They were so exceptionally great at doing a very tricky job with ease and experience.
