What moving supplies and equipment will the Luggers bring?
All Luggers will arrive with a dolly of some form, moving blankets, stretch wrap, tarps, ratchet strap tie-downs, and a screwdriver/drill with basic bits. These materials ensure your items are well-protected and securely fastened during transport. If anything specific is needed, the customer should have it available for the crew should they need it.
Dolly — for transporting heavy items
Moving blankets — to protect furniture from scratches and dings
Stretch wrap — to secure drawers, doors, and delicate pieces
Ratchet tie-down straps — to secure furniture safely in the vehicle
Screwdriver / drill with basic bits — for simple assembly or disassembly
Tarp (pickup trucks only) — for weather protection during transport
We do not provide moving boxes or mattress covers. Please have your items boxed before our arrival and have a mattress cover ready for your Luggers to put on your mattress to keep it spotless during the move. For better weather protection, especially during rain, consider booking a van instead of a pickup truck.

Need extra protection for specific items?
Add details in the 'What are you moving?' field when you book, or message your crew directly through the app or live tracking link once they're dispatched. You can text or call them to confirm any special handling instructions. Additionally, you can add a note in the Description field of your Lugg order using the Lugg mobile app to ensure your preferences, such as clean blankets, are communicated.
